KONTRIBUSI AL JAM'IYATUL WASHLIYAH TERHADAP KEMERDEKAAN INDONESIA (1930-1950)

Abstrak: Artikel ini hendak membahas tentang kebijakan dan kegiatan organisasi Al Washliyah dalam menyongsong kemerdekaan Indonesia. Artikel ini mengajukan temuan bahwa penataan organisasi, pengenalan dan penyebaran pengaruh, pelaksanakan misi dakwah, serta pemekaran/pembentukan cabang-cabang di ujung pulau Sumatera, Indonesia, adalah upaya yang dilakukan agar terus bertahan dari awal menyongsong kemerdekaan sampai detik Indonesia mencapai kemerdekaannya, sampai terus dapat bertahan hingga saat ini. Demi mempertahankan keutuhan organisasi, Al Washliyah mampu membuktikan baik secara militer (laskar) dan non militer untuk tetap bersinergi membentuk majelis pertahanan kemerdekaan Indonesia Al Washliyah yang turun ke medan perang bersama-sama laskar organisasi lainnya melawan bangsa penjajah yang ingin menguasai kembali bangsa Indonesia. Abstract: The Contribution of Al-Jam’iyyatul Washliyyah Toward Indonesian Independence (1930-1950). This article describes about the policies and activities of Al Washliyah Organization to welcome the Indonesian Independence. Organizational structuring, introduction and spread of the influence, preaching mission excecution, as well as expansion/ establishment of branches in North Sumatra is the effort made in order to continue surviving from the beginning Indonesia Independence up until Indonesia can achieve Independence and persisted until today. In order to maintain the integrity of the organization, Al Washliyah is able to prove the military (paramilitary) and non-military to form Majelis Pertahanan Kemerdekaan Indonesia Al Washliyah (Al Washliyah Indonesia Independence Council) who participate with another organization against the army of invaders who wanted to take over the nation of Indonesia.
